Delicious turtle caramel cake with layers of chocolate and caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and butter.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the caramel.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
