- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four equal balls.
- Place each ball on the skillet and smash it down with a spatula.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add cheese on top if desired and let it melt.
- Assemble burgers on buns with your choice of condiments.
