Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, cheese, and spinach on one slice.
- Top with the second slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm.
