Delicious turkey-themed desserts for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and spices.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for an additional 40-45 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
