Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
