Delicious turkey brownies perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined.
- Fold in shredded turkey.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Try adding chocolate chips for extra richness.
- Serve warm with ice cream for dessert.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
