Description
A refreshing pasta salad with tuna and sweet corn.
Ingredients

			- 250g pasta
 - 1 can of tuna, drained
 - 200g sweet corn, drained
 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
 - 1/2 red onion, chopped
 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
 - Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
 - In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, sweet corn, red bell pepper, and red onion.
 - In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
 - Pour the dressing over the pasta salad.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Toss everything together until well combined.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Serve cold for best flavor.
 - Can be made a day in advance.
 - Substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter option.
