A refreshing pasta salad with tuna and sweet corn.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 200g sweet corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, sweet corn, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined.
