Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, cheese, eggs, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
