Description

A rich and creamy triple chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  6. Stir in sour cream and cocoa powder until combined.
  7. Fold in semi-sweet and white chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
