Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the sponge cake into cubes.
  2. Layer half of the cake cubes in a trifle dish.
  3. Drizzle with sherry if using.
  4. Add half of the custard over the cake.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Add half of the whipped cream.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
