Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.

- Stuff the turkey with onion, carrots, celery, and stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan, breast-side up.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 to 4 hours, basting every hour.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
