Ingredients

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and beat until well combined.
  4. Stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness with a knife; it should come out clean.
  8. Cool before serving.
