Description

A refreshing and colorful pasta salad with Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Add the Italian dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
