Description
A refreshing and colorful pasta salad with Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the Italian dressing and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
