Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract; whip until soft peaks form.
- Gradually fold in cooled espresso.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll in cocoa powder.
- Coat with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
