Ingredients

  • Espresso: 1 cup, brewed and cooled
  • Mascarpone cheese: 1 cup
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons (plus extra for dusting)
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing 1 cup of strong espresso and letting it cool.
