- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, espresso, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- In another bowl, whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Frost cupcakes with mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
