Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Combine beef mixture with breadcrumb mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
