Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add potatoes and fish stock; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add shrimp and scallops; cook until they are opaque.
- Stir in corn and heavy cream; heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less cream.
