Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced potatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.

  5. Add shrimp and scallops; cook until they are opaque.
