Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly.
- Serve the beef mixture on the buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cheese on top.
- Serve with pickles for a crunch.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
