- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and add green beans and potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained green beans and potatoes to the soup mixture. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add shredded cheese on top before baking.
- You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
