Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk over medium heat until thickened.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add vanilla extract.
- Slowly whisk the hot milk mixture into the eggs.
- Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.

- Chill the pie for a few hours for better texture.
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
