Instructions

  2. Drain the pineapple slices and reserve the juice.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and stir.
  5. Incorporate milk and vanilla extract to form a batter.
  6. Spread the batter in a greased baking dish.
  7. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the batter.
  8. Pour reserved pineapple juice over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
