Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and egg.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix gochujang, mayonnaise, honey, and rice vinegar to create the dip.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
