A flavorful dish combining Korean BBQ meatballs with a spicy mayo dip.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and egg.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix gochujang, mayonnaise, honey, and rice vinegar to create the dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- These meatballs can be grilled instead of baked.
- They can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
