A delightful homemade dandelion jelly that is sweet and floral in flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
- Boil water and add dandelion petals. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to obtain dandelion tea.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the tea and bring to a boil.
- Stir in sugar and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals, avoiding green parts.
- Ensure jars are properly sterilized.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
