  • 5 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Boil water and add dandelion petals. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to obtain dandelion tea.
  4. Add lemon juice and pectin to the tea and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in sugar and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  7. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
