- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add beans, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
