			- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until gravy thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
