  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft.
  5. Return beef to the skillet.
  6. Add beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  8. Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry.
  9. Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until gravy thickens.
