A hearty and delicious beef cheeseburger pasta casserole that combines flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced pickles or mustard.
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
