Ingredients

- 4 cups yams, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil yams in water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain and mash yams in a large bowl.
- Add sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed yams. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.

- Use fresh yams for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
