Ingredients

- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed

- Salt to taste

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve warm.
