Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and prepare the vegetables.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
