A delicious turkey burger perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
- Leafy greens and tomato slices for toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, egg, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve on buns with leafy greens and tomato slices.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- You can add cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
- Leftover patties can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
