  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the turkey balls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the browned turkey balls to a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
