Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the turkey balls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the browned turkey balls to a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
