Description
A delightful Thanksgiving trifle layered with cake, cream, and fruit.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Layer half of the pound cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Drizzle half of the maple syrup over the cake.
- Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
- Add half of the whipped cream on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with chopped nuts if desired.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use any seasonal fruits you prefer.
- Can substitute cake with cookies.
- Make it a day ahead for best flavor.
