Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm.
