This Thanksgiving tofu recipe offers a delicious plant-based alternative for your holiday table.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes for best results.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
