A festive twist on the classic tiramisu, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
- Top with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- Use strong coffee for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
