  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes.
  5. Mix well until smooth.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
