- 2 celery stalks, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and celery, sauté until soft.
- Mix in cubed bread and herbs.
- Pour in vegetable broth, stir until combined.
- Transfer stuffing to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
