- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
