Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, boil the green beans for 5 minutes and drain.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with the green beans.
- Spread mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
- Add cranberry sauce on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
- Layer the stuffing over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or herbs for extra flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
