Ingredients

  • 3 cups of mashed potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the green beans by trimming the ends.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the green beans.
  3. Sauté the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add sliced almonds and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, boil potatoes until tender.
  6. Drain and mash the potatoes.
  7. Add milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
  8. Mix until smooth and creamy.
