Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the green beans by trimming the ends.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the green beans.
- Sauté the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced almonds and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and mash the potatoes.
- Add milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can prepare mashed potatoes in advance and reheat.
- Use fresh green beans for best flavor.
