- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
