Easy Thanksgiving side dishes cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes and chopped onions in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and onions in the crockpot.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and reheated.
