Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes and chopped onions in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and onions in the crockpot.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
