A delicious Thanksgiving side dish that complements any turkey.
Ingredients

- 3 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash the potatoes.
- Add milk, butter, cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared a day in advance.
- Top with additional cheese before baking for a cheesy crust.
