- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss green beans and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
