Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Boil the sweet potatoes in water until tender.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes.
- Add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk to the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

- Use fresh sweet potatoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
