Delicious puff pastry appetizers perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve warm for the best taste.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
