Ingredients
- Turkey breast – 1 whole (12-14 pounds)
- Stuffing – 2 cups
- Chicken broth – 4 cups
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Thyme – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Green beans – 1 pound
- Cranberry sauce – 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place it in a roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional hour, basting occasionally.
- Cook the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Adjust cooking time based on the weight of the turkey.
