Ingredients

  • Butter – 1 cup

  • Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
  • Carrots – 2, chopped
  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Stuffing mix – 1 box
  • Cranberries – 1 bag
  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Potatoes – 5 lbs
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Flour – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing butter, salt, pepper, and garlic on it.
  3. Stuff the turkey with the mixture of onion, celery, carrots, and stuffing.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally with chicken broth.
  6. Cook the cranberries in a pot until they burst and thicken.
  7. Steam the green beans until tender.
  8. Peel and boil potatoes until soft, then mash with milk and butter.
  9. Make gravy with drippings and flour.
  10. Serve all dishes hot and enjoy your meal.
