Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, vegetables, gravy, soup, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Fill the crust with the turkey mixture.
- Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
