Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup turkey gravy
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix turkey, vegetables, gravy, soup, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Fill the crust with the turkey mixture.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
  6. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
