A festive twist on a classic appetizer, Thanksgiving pigs in a blanket are perfect for your holiday gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 package of mini hot dogs (about 28 oz)
- 2 packages of crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a mini hot dog on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the hot dog, starting from the wide end.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the dough.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if using.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with mustard or ketchup for dipping.
- You can add cheese inside the roll for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
